As lead designer, I traveled to London to work with our research vendor; we collaborated in creating wireframes based on user behavior findings. I designed the new AP Images user experience based on user journeys and tested prototypes.
User journeys consisted of e-commerce transactions, metered plans, and subscription contracts. I worked closely in implementing the new design with UI/backend developers and QA teams. When time was of the essence, I assisted front-end developers refine the UI by coding html and css. The new redesign has produced an increase in sales that have surpassed the previous year trends.
